Help ! My little Dutch Bantam is sick

I'd appreciate any help. My little dutch bantam Louise has been sick for several days now. I first noticed that her face/comb had gotten paler (hers was never red, she's always been lighter pink, but I noticed noticibly paler) and she wasn't as active/apart from the other girls etc. Her stool is basically total liquid white, sometimes a bit of solid stool in it (pics attached). I took her stool sample in on Thursday and vet said no worms/no coccidia, he said he didn't see anything that stood out and to check for an egg. I don't think she lays anymore, don't think she has for a long time but not certain but I did feel for an egg and feel nothing. She does seem to strain a bit when she poops. I think she's about 4 years old. I wish I had brought her in too but I just brought her stool in and now he's on vacation for a week. She was still eating up to yesterday even though not nearly as much as usual. I've been giving her probiotics by dropper several times a day to make sure she gets some liquids. I gave her SQ fluids yesterday. I was more hopeful day before yesterday when there was some solid stool in the white liquid, but now just back to white liquid/or all white with barely any stool in it and now she's not interested in eating at all.I just gave he a warm bath to soak and massage her belly/bottom and at least she perked up a bit walked around and pecked a bit, but now she went back to her carrier and is ducking her head, she's definitely not herself. Keeps her tail down and puffed up most of time. I'm wondering if I should put her on an antibiotic but if that would counter the probiotics ? I don't know if it's Egg Yolk Peritonitus or some bacterial infection or what ? I have Clavamox and Terra Vet 10 powder on hand, also Hypericam perforatum (St. Johns Wart), and some really old Amoxi and Penicillian tabs. Any help would be appreciated ! I don't know what else to do for her, I'm so worried and I love her so much. thank you

Feel her abdomen, is there bloat/swelling or feeling of fluid?
How's her crop feeling - is it empty with her not eating or soft/squishy, hard, etc.?

If she's not laid eggs in a long time, I would lean toward your assumption that she's suffering from a reproductive issues. Peritonitis, cancer, etc. are unfortunately common in hens.

An antibiotic may help if infection has set in due to reproductive problems or help reduce inflammation.
I'm sorry she's not well.

Hi Wyorp Rock, thank you for your reply. Her crop feels normal/bit mushy stuff it in, I've been feeding her mash of fruit and her crumble from food processor by syringe. I'll feel it first thing tomorrow am to see if empty. I'm hesitant to try an antibiotic if its a crop issue, but I think by tomorrow I'll have to try it if she's not improving. Today I made Critical Care and tube fed her that (it's for herbivores/reptiles by label)

Hi Wyorp Rock, thank you for your reply. Her crop feels normal/bit of soft mush it in, I've been feeding her mash of fruit and her crumble from food processor by syringe. Today I gave her Oxbow Critical Care and tube fed her that (it's a recovery powder for herbivore mammals/reptiles by label) but it's full of vitamins and fiber, so I am trying that...so hard to know what to do when you really don't know what's the cause. I appreciate your input. I'll probably start clavamox tomorrow if she hasn't improved. Thank you ! Lauren
