Help! My Polish hen is acting weird

I'd still get vitamins into her and see that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

She is barely moving now and is having ragged breathing. I wouldn’t know how to feed her.

Do you have a syringe? If so mix 1 teaspoon of sugar in one cup of warm water and syringe 1/4 cup into her mouth, on the right side of her mouth.

Okay, I gave her the 1/4 cup of sugar water with a 400 of Vitamin E. She opened her eyes up and was trying to get away, but obviously can’t. But if I pulled up on her head she was actively drinking, but the moment I let go, she went limp at the neck again. She wasn’t able to try to eat feed or scrambled egg, so I mixed an uncooked egg in with a little sugar water and she actively took the whole egg. She did poop during the process. No diarrhea, but there was lettuce and such from two days ago. It was fresh lettuce and all the birds ate it.

How often do I try to do the sugar water and how often do I add vitamin e? And really when do I know if it’s working or if she is suffering.

Does this sound like it could be anything else that I need to worry about the rest of the flock.

Sugar water probably once a day. The vit E daily. This shouldn't be contagious.

Yes, she needs water.
Mix some of her food with water so you can syringe it into her.
