HELP! My Polish is unresponsive!

HELP!!

I found my 8 month old polish unresponsive in the coop today. I live in Minnesota, maybe she just got too cold?? I do have a heating lamp in the coop. She is breathing but sounds gurgerly when she breathes. My mom has been trying to give her some water, she drinks it really slow, but now she isn't drinking. Is my chicken dying?? I have her in the house to try to warm her up under a heat lamp. What can I do to help her?

! Sorry your hen is sick. I think you should re-post your question in the Raising Backyard Chickens - Emergencies, Diseases... forum. You could cook up a scrambled egg and see if you can get her to eat some. Good Luck.
