Also, what can you tell us about what's going on with your hen? Is she larthargic, limping, etc.

oh boy! i had to get my neighbor to help upload the pics we posted and neither of us is very good at this so thats the best i could do.she seems to be okay,i gave her some grapes when i got home and she doesn't seem to be lethargic

It looks your hen's feathers on her leg got pulled on. Do you have anything such as ice that her feathers got stuck too? If her feathers got stuck to something and she got spooked then she most likely would of tried to fly away and she could of pulled on her feathers and took some skin with them.
Try to clean her leg of anything that could cause her to get an infection.

i live in california and don,t have any ice in my yard and the lump on her foot already looks kind of yellow and a little bloody.she is a sizzle so she can't fly.

If it's yellow it might already be infected...?
I'm not an avian vet but maybe try and stop the bleeding and use something to fight infection?

Other than that, I have no idea.

I have used bag balm on one of my hen's foot last year. I also used peroxide on her foot, too. Then I put her into a clean cage with clean shavings and made certain that the cage did not get dirty. I also put a band aid on her foot. It didn't stay on long, though. You may not want to put peroxide on your hen for it may sting some, but it does work on cleaning a hens wound. The bag balm also helps a lot. You also may want to trim away some of those feathers away from her wound. Those may cause the wound to start bleeding, again. Also you may want to keep your hen separated from your other hens. They could make your hen worse and they may have actually did that to your hen.
