I found myy 16 week old pullet in the coup this morning. She was hiding by a feed bag and then I picked her up, she snuggled into my jacket. She can't walk and she is really tired. I didn't notice anything wrong yesterday. She was walking around and eating just fine, not sure about drinking though. She had a full crop that I fixed and I tried to get her to drink some water. Could it be the weather? It was 80 degrees the other day, and now it's down in the 30-40s. She's not looking very good.

She had a full crop when? This morning? How did you fix it?
What does her poop look like?
Any moldy feed or bedding?
Photos?

She had a full crop this morning. I massaged her crop and got it down to feeling normal. I haven't seen any of her poop. I had to leave early this morning, so I wasn't able to help her too much. She seemed rather thin, but I don't know why. She seemed to be eating fine before today. I might be able to take pics when I get home, assuming she is still alive.

UPDATE: Baby seems to be improving a little. She can not stand on her own, though she is still a bit tired. She finally pooped, too.

There's no blood in the poo. It's just brown.

I would monitor her crop, check it again first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. If it is still full like it was today, then you need to work on that.

She is a lot more alert now. I had my mom watch while I was gone and made sure to have her water her plenty. She had walked into the laundry room (where we are keeping her) and freaked out because she found the pullet just laying there in the box. My mom thought she was dead, but tried to wake her up. She DID wake up, and immediately perked up. Turns out we were using my mom's medical cannabis dropper to water her. Guess we made my chicken high.

Her poop looks pinkish red in the pictures, and it does look possibly bloody. I would probably start some Corid on her just in case she has coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp of Corid liquid or 1.5 ml of Corid powder per gallon of water (divide by 4 for a quart waterer.) Give this for 5 days. Did you mean your mom’s CBD oil or cannabis oil? If so, that might not have caused any drowsiness.

There's no blood in the poo. I checked when I saw it. My mom makes some medical cannabis stuff with that dropper. I'm not sure what it is, but I don't think it's CBD oil or cannabis oil. If you're not used to it, you can get stoned on the stuff she makes. She is now able to walk on her own, though she doesn't really want to.
