Help my pullets leg is Paralyzed

Now i rlly dont think it is sprianed. I can pinchand squeeze her whole leg and she wont respond. I rlly think its leg is paralyzed.
 
I had this pullet with 3 other pullets. Can Mareks spread to them? If it did what is the incubation of the disease and when shall i start to see syptoms. I had enter ine of the pullets in a show this weekend. Is it safe to take her she isnt showing any signs?
