Help! my quail is hurt and losing feathers!

When I woke up yesterday and went to go check on my quail,when I found one of my A&Ms was bleeding and swollen. here are pictures:

I would separate her, put her in a warm quiet place. So she's not picked on anymore.
Do you have any triple antibiotic ointment? You can put that on her wounds.

Is she able to eat/drink on her own?

Yes I separated her and she is eating and drinking fine. I have iodine spray so could that work?

You have something like this below? It's probably o.k. to use, but you will want to get some triple antibiotic ointment to keep the wounds a little moist so they don't crack and itch so bad. If you have nothing else, apply a very thin layer of coconut oil or vaseline after you apply the Iodine Spray and it's dried.

Just apply a small amount to the wounds once a day.

How are the wounds healing, is she still doing o.k.? When you have time, post some updated photos
