Yesterday I heard a loud bang on my quail's cage and I didn't mind because that always happens. Unfortunately though 1 of my quails can't stand anymore and I think that it's because of brain damage. Does anybody know any treatments to help with this?

Hmm, if it is a brain injury there may be nothing you can do. But then it could be a temporary injury. Idk haven't seen anything like that. Is it eating/drinking.

I saw her panting yesterday when I brought her in. I tried giving her water but her head kept going some other direction (I could tell she was trying to drink) So I had to dip her beak in slowly and then she drank finally.

Until someone else has an opinion. I would try water with electrolytes and maybe save the chick. Sorry I can't help more. Others may

Panting could be a sign of distress in this case. Her brain might be swelling. She could have a concussion, a neck injury, or even both. In cases like this, there really isn't much you can do other than make sure she can eat and drink. Sometimes they get over it (but it could take months), and sometimes it gets too hard for them and they die. Good luck!
