HELP!! My Quail's poo is BLACK!!

Well, I woke up this morning and my quail's poo wasn't right. It was pitch-black and she wasn't doing this yesterday night. It started today. I read that black poo means internal bleeding or intestinal infection but that's for parrots and I don't know if it applies to quail as well.
ANY HELP is appreciated.
