Help My Rooster; Gunky Eyes And Breathing Problems!

My rooster has been sick for 8 months with gunky eyes, respiratory distress and a fever.
He has been on 6 different medications and nothing has impacted him, I have moved onto human medications. Though he still can eat, drink and crow, he cannot see a bit. Nothing seems to be working.

Are you able to isolate him in a dog crate in your house to give him a little TLC? What medications have you tried?
