HELP! My rooster is humping my suposed young cockerel

So I have these small brothers which I believed one was a girl until it started crowing, but even before it started crowing my main rooster started humping on it. Now I'm confused rather it's a rooster and my main rooster is bi sexual or this little pullet just has an ability to crow Very often. Tell me what you think about my 4 or five months old leghorn mix 's dilemma with the main rooster. It would be the all white one to the left. What's funny is, the other one doesn't crow at all. I've kept close eye on them.

Its a rooster. The mating is a dominance thing kind of like with dogs

Definitely a Rooster. I got three chicks last Christmas and 1 of them was crippled (who died), and the other three turned out to be roosters. One of the roosters was being mounted by the other 2 all the time. I guess it was because he was the lowest in the pecking order.

Well that's a relief. I didn't know about the dominance thing even in dogs. So Why my main rooster would pick on just this all white one over the printed one? Could it be my main rooster is more intimidated by this one solid white breeding with the hens?

My guess would be because the red and white one hasn't crowed yet, but there could be a few reasons
