Help, my run STINKS!!!

I use stall dry in the run when we've had a frog strangler that floods everything. While the girls are still in the coop, I lightly sprinkle the run, have a cup of coffee, then rake the run and sprinkle with DE. It helps a lot, and the sun and breeze takes care of the rest.

so does my duck pen---I need to muck it out.Nothing willhelp much other than a deep cleaning imho. For my ducks-I plan to put down a layer of "decorative stone" and spray it clean.they are only in there at night.I need a nice dry day and lots of time to get it done

I think sand is the best flooring for runs. It dries the poop out real quick, leaving barely any odor.
I use granular garden lime for runs and coops. My nose and I agree that lime is working much better than those stall stuff things.

I agree with sand , raking and lime. Thats a lot of sand to haul though.
