Help my silkie is dying

I have a male silkie and when I went out to feed today he was out of the coop and on the ground but he would not move. I usualy can't get anywhere close to him but i walked right in an picked him up. I thought he was died but his head is moving and he is still breathing. He is only about 4 months old. The weather has been an average of 80 each day but they have plenty of water and they are in the shade most of the day. I dont know what to do. Usually i give sick chickens a water, vitamin and sugar mix but even when I if i pore it down his beak he does not seem to swallow it. I really love this bird and he is special can any one help me

I am sorry but he died :'( I left him in a box with a towel for about a minute and came back and he had fallen to the ground (have no idea how on earth he got out of the box) and was twitching all over. :'( my little silkie D',:
