Help my silky’s mouth is propped open

She is five weeks old been totally fine and then I just found her by herself with her mouth open. It appears or something under her tongue.

I checked it out, but I don’t think that’s what it is. It appears to be a swollen spot under her tongue, keeping her mouth from closing.

I tried to get a better picture. This picture shows where the bump is right under her tongue.

Could it be a allergic reaction to something that she got into or could it be that she was stung by a spider or something?

Does the blueish area on her neck under the beak feel firm or puffy? How long has she had this? Did it grow quickly? I wonder about it being a tumor.
