bantam is sitting with head laid backwards on her back moving it from side to side real fast.please, does any one know whats going on?

Is it a silkie? Brain damage sounds like a possibility. Other than than that I don't know.

She could have crooked neck. Just seperate her. It should straiten out eventualy.

What you can do immediately is give a B vitamin along with a (human geltab) of combination vitE/selenium... this has been found to be very helpful in many different situations involving neurological symptoms. Ensure that the selenium content is no more than 50 MICROgrams.
Separate and help your bird drink (dribble along beak and ensure the bird swallows on its on and dont squirt the liquid in with a syringe or such)...
Ensure the bird is warm and in a quiet place where you can monitor any other developments.
