I rescued a pom puppy Dec 23. He is cute but has limited vision and is deaf. I can't post pictures right now because my camera is broke. He is sable. 9 weeks old. Problem is I can't think of a name. Any suggestions for a name would be great. I promise to post pictures just as soon as I get my camera fixed or a new camera.
ETA: He is 1.03lbs.

My mom loved those kind of dogs.

THe last one we had was named "Ticky" not because of ticks, but because when we kids went under the house (the ducks laid eggs under there) we heard his little nails on the floor and they made a "ticky-ticky" noise!

Wow, hard one without seeing him or knowing his personality and also what kind of names you like. I personally don't like people names for my dogs or common names. I prefer something just a little bit different. We have or have had (males) an Astro, Diesel, Remi (short for Remington), Waldo, Cruise, Stormy, just to name a few. Most had registered names that coorindated with their call names, like Astro, who is J & J's Out of This World, or Remi our Maremma, who is Windance's Remington At The Ready, or Stormy who was Denali's Seminole Wind, etc.

We just adopted a boston puppy who is not registered, so no big name for her, but we call her Pebbles. My 9 year old son wanted to name her Rip Jaw or Shredder!

I think they are after a cartoon or something, not sure. It took me a few days to decide on her name, just in time too, because everyone was starting to refer to her as Rip Jaw because it was so funny!

She only weighs 3 pounds, so you can imagine!!

Do you have a favorite sport, food, hobby, song, etc that you could name him after? That makes him more special!

My Aunt has several poms and my favorite was always the one named, Rascal. He was hysterical! When he'd run after something, as he got close to his target he'd start bouncing like a rabbit. He'd have so much force moving forward in his rear that when he'd stop he'd land on his two front paws and his furry butt would launch into the air. I think it's funnier to see versus to read about.

Our Pom's name is "Tricki Woo", after a little dog (I think a Pekaneese) in a James Harriot story (All Creatures Great and Small). We also call him The Woo, Woodle, and Tricki.
