Help Need Advice!!

Im in the middle of a hatch and one of my eggs started shaking on day 16!...Should I be worried or should I just let it be? None of the other ones are doing this. And also along with the shaking you can see there are cracks on the inside of the egg. My friend rold my to take of the hard part of the shell to help it and idk if this is true. So plz help fast!!!!!!!
