As others have said, those are pin or blood feathers - she is molting and they are the new feathers growing in. Do not pull them out.

They are all in a big coop. We only have hens?is she laying any egg's? if she is she probably is molting and is it a boy or girl
I live in southern Louisiana. Our weather has been hot then cold.Yes hang in there! We all go through it with our chickens. Don't worry about covering her up, she'll be fine. it's always shocking how they lose all those feathers in cold weather. By the way, where are you located?
Here in northern Illinois I feel like putting sweaters on my molting chickens. But they seem to do just fine.![]()

In future, it's best not to pull things off of chickens if that causes them to start bleeding.
