My favorite, cause it is EASY:

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanutbutter

Mix, bake at 350 for 8 or 9 mins, check frequently because you just want to bake them till set. Do not over bake!!

EASY
1 cup PB
1 Egg
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Bake 8-10 min. 350 deg. Flatten with a fork before baking (this ia an ols boyscouts recipe) It is my DH's fav.
