Help need to know what I should do.

109 is really too high, I'm not surprised they are avoiding staying under that light. Pull the lamp up until the brooder floor is closer to 90.
 
UPDATE
Haven't lost anymore they are all doing well 10 day old chicks. Thanks everyone for all the help.
