help needed fast what to do with chick that hatches early

well 1 of them died but the other 1 i did put a little shoe on both of his feet but it doesnt seem to help much...should i take them off?? and also another 1 had 1 of his toes turned sideways so i put a shoe on his foot to and it doesnt seem to make him walk any worse so is it ok to leave it on?
