Yep, make a little shoe for it, thin piece of cardboard and masking tape. It will straighten out, and doesn't take long. Congrats on your cuties!!

Works pretty much the same for ducklings as chicks.

Should I stuck the masking tape on first then the cardboard on top

you can try the tape without the cardboard first, but it depends if the webs crinkle the tape, then you might need the cardboard. In the pic, just replace the bottom piece of tape with cardboard. Tape the foot down onto it.

One more thing....you will likely feel sorry for it, hobbling around like that. but stay strong! Lol it won't hurt her, and you want to get it corrected now so it won't affect its walking later.
