Help needed for newbie

Just in case you are curious how to calibrate your thermometers it's pretty simple. You make a slurry of ice water. This simulates freezing temperature, which is 32F. If you swirl it around for about a minute with your thermometer tip in it, it should read 32F. If it doesn't, some thermometers you can manually set it to read 32F and some you can't.

One more thing....you will likely feel sorry for it, hobbling around like that. but stay strong! Lol it won't hurt her, and you want to get it corrected now so it won't affect its walking later. :)
Managed to give it a little bath and get some tape and cardboard to flatten the foot and straighten it up it's not tried to move arround too much yet but it's relaxing so hopefully it will get a little stronger and start to move arround more as its not really stood up properly since hatching 2 days ago
It enjoyed the water though
