Help needed!!! How to remove bumblefoot in a duck!

Hello BYC!! I am in need of help!!! I have a duck with humble foot on both feet and I’m very worried! I’ve been soaking them in epsom salt baths for a week but noticed it won’t get any better. I also have been using an infection spray and wrapping it. Here are the pictures below too! I just need to know how to remove it safely! I don’t have any vets close by that can do it and I really want him to be okay! He is a pekin duck about 2 years old and has had no other injuries! I have had him in a clean space in my garage that I make sure to clean everyday and I give him a bath every night. Please help!

Okay great but should I attempt to remove it? I want to but I want clear easy steps to remove.
