Help needed with record keeping....still looking.

This year is my first year of "officially" incubating, hatching, and selling chicks as well as offering hatching eggs. I've already got orders coming in, so now I've got to get everything organized in my computer. What's the easiest and most affordable software I can use to keep track of everything? And would any of you mind sharing a template with me so I can at least get an idea on what I should keep track of?

Hmmmm....it looks like the chickin' tracker is focused towards income and expenses. I'm looking for something that will keep track of customers' names and addresses, what they want to order, price quoted to them, etc. Basically, I need a very organized "waiting list" that's easy to modify.

I know of a good one, very easy to use, has a waiting list feature, with incubation, brooding, pedigrees, and everything else!

Maybe as a starting point? You could modify to how you like it or what works for you but as a springboard type of thing?
