Help needed !

My white faced spanish black roaster is making low whistling noises when he breathes. Had to take my ear close to his chest to listen to them.He is eating less as compared to before but he is eating. Stays a bit away from the flock and sits down after sometime. Also one more thing when he eats his beak gets wet , I think there is some kind of liquid coming out of his beak only when he eats otherwise its clean. Need guidance. Dnt have a vet nearby.
