HELP NEEDED!!!!

Hi guys,
I am hoping to start a small flock in April. I only have to get over one obsticle........dad (lol). He really likes cats but with other animals......let's just say he's not a fan. So I need tips on how to write a convincing speech. I know April is pretty far away,but I want to be COMPLETELY prepared.Thanks

Annnnnd my last flock of six died off......... beacause I forgot to close the coop door one day (killed by coyote)also didn't give them enough space when they were young(they killed eachother
),I was very inexperienced but this time I did my reserch (on BYC of course
) Plus I know I can turn to this helpful community for any problems.

Read, read and read. Lots to learn about keeping them clean and healthy and ideas about keeping them in a nice run. When you sell, that might be a selling factor that the buyer might love! There are some beautiful coops with runs out there. I have 8 and they free range every day......poop just disappears out there! Lol!!! Good luck!
