10 of our silkies were due to hatch yesterday (3/10) and 2 are due toma (5/10) well 1 has hatched from the 5th and nothing else looks like hatching? Any ideas please
First time hatching in incubator too

Waiting is the best thing. If there is nothing in the next few days then gently candle and see if you can find movement. If not gently crack the top half off the egg to mage sure the chick is dead before throwing out. If one happens to be alive after you crack it then put it in a cut off cup so it can finish 'hatching'. Those do not have the best survival rate.

I find I learn a little bit more each time I incubate. Did you candle or do any checks near the beginning? It is possible for eggs not to be fertile, or have detached air cells ,or have other reasons to never start. A few eggs start, but die for reasons unknown to humans. This can even happen under a hen. Then there are the things we can control with the incubator. Temperature needs to stay with in a few degrees of 99.3 F all 21 days. Making sure built in thermostats are correct and finding out if there are cold or hot spots in the incubator. (I just ran a batch and discovered I was 6 degrees warmer on one side of the incubator than the other) Humidity can be an issue as well. It needs to be low enough to loose moisture in the beginning and high enough that membranes don't dry out at the end. Go to far and that isn't good either.
Studying when chicks died may help give clues for improvement the next time.

It really is but silkie are allot of fun
The one little black one who's hatch looks like he has no body and long legs. Looks like he's having trouble walking around. If I don't get anymore I have a friend with a hen who has chickens I can put it under.
