I'm trying to be patient. Of course I'm worried I've killed the others.

The one little black one who's hatch looks like he has no body and long legs. Looks like he's having trouble walking around. If I don't get anymore I have a friend with a hen who has chickens I can put it under.

Are pictures possible? Your chick may have splayed legs.

Looks like your chick has spayed legs. Allow the chick to dry before you proceed to cure it. This is a good article about curing it: https://healthstartsinthekitchen.com/how-to-fix-splayed-leg-spraddle-leg/. Be sure what ever you are using to hold the legs uprights doesn't cut into it's leg.
