HELP!!! New chick has digestive problem? Need help on identifing and problem solving medical problem

Hello. I just picked this chick up from TSC the other day and it already has a problem. I have attached pictures of the problem in question. I DO NOT know what to do to fix this or if I should just expect the poor little gal to pass away soon. Can anything be done at all to fix this? Please help!

Thank you everyone for your kind help and advice. I was instructed to take the chick back to the place of purchase from the supplier. They will replace and cull for me I guess. Thank you all.
