Help! New chicken mom here!

My eight week old speckled Sussex has sour crop. After four nights she is starting to get somewhat better. She drinks and eats on her own. Noticed today she had EXTREMELY watery poop with only a few little specks in it of stool. She pooped on my dress while I was holding her and it was a bright green. Now just recently it was more of a Brown. Any suggestions on what this means?

I'm no expert, but I think that is a good thing. Hopefully her poop will start to look normal again.
