HELP new duck lost

[Maple Hill Chickens]

Hey all!
Today I got a new male runner duck to add to my other runners. I set him down in the coop and he ran straight out...
I could not catch him and I lost sight of him. It is now night time and I am so worried he will be somebodys snack... As I said he is new so he does not know where the coop is. And tips on how to get him back.? Thanks!

Do they have a coop away from chickens ?
He could have been scared by the birds he saw.
