Hi my last chick hatched last night . I put him in the brooder separate. He did eat a little and drink little. Now I see that there is liquid and bubbles coming from his mouth. I wiped it with a tissue and then he did it again 10 minutes later. He is chirping. Is this something to be worried about? Please any suggestions?

Welcome to BYC! Can you post a picture of the chick?

Hi the chick did the have bubbles fluid twice. He’s walking around chirping. Last time I saw it was about an hour and half ago. Is there anything I can do to help it. Here is a pic of chick. Silkie showgirl. I couldn’t get a picture of the bubbles .

It looks pretty healthy, so just keep an eye on it and keep it nice and warm.
