Help... New mom of 7 baby chicks

I bought 7 baby chicks on March 20th. All are doing great except for one. She seems to be a Frizzle and has not grown very much at all. She has some feathers but still alot of fuzz. She doesnt seem as alert and I just now noticed that her left foot pad is extremely swolen. She normally stays off to herself. My other chickens which are bantams are twice as big but when i bought them they were all the same size. Any suggestions as to what may be going on ??

Chicks rarely get bumblefoot, but it does happen. Check the swoolen pad and see if there is a hard, white spot in it. If so, you should surgically remove it so the pus can drain. Put antibiotic salve on it for a few days, and it should heal up.
