Help! New to Incubating. Lockdown humidity seems too high!

I only had the one little chickie, we named him Uno since he is my first (and only) hatched egg. He/she is a sweet beautiful Lavender Orphington. These were shipped eggs so I guess I am a little happy I had any hatch since I am very new to incubating. Out of 11 eggs 1 was infertal, 5 was very early quiters (blood rings) 1 had a little development and 4 made it to lockdown but only one hatched. Although at lockdown I saw only two moving when candled. I'm not sure what is going on but believe it may be the humidity killing them. My temps are steady so now I need to figure out wether to go up or down on humidity. I have to admit, I may have candled them too much. Being a newbie and very impatient person, I couldn't help myself from whatching the little miracle moving around inside the egg. I did not keep them out of the incubator long but I did candle more than days 7, 14, 18.
