Help not sure what this is or what the next steps are for this chick

I have hatched over 45 chicks now and I have had ten hatch and one has this what is it? Am I going to lose the chick? What to do and next steps for the chick? Thanks

That is the yolk sack, it hatched before it could absorb it. Just but it back in the incubator until it absorbs.

It may be an unabsorbed egg sac. Clean it with Betadine, and leave it alone. Read the link below for “after hatch:”
