HELP!!! NOW!!! , sick 2 month old peachick

It's not standing, eyes closed, can hardly walk, feces is watery with a little cream color in the center, watery also. They've been on medicated food but are on the ground. Do I treat for worms or give an antibiotic? I can't get this one to drink the Tetracycline. I don't think I can get it to drink anything. Should I give the remaining 7 chicks antibiotic or worm them? If worming what do I use and how much? Please help me. I'm frantic. What antibiotic? Can I give them both? Wormer and antibiotic? Please tell me what to do.

Did they get cold? Warm them up and see if that helps and get them on a wire bottom cage. You need to dose them with Corid for coccidia more than likely. You mix 1 tablespoon per gallon or put a dollup in the quart water. If the one won't drink mix 1/2 water to 1/4 vitamins and put a few drops of Corid. Put some in a 3 ml syringe and inject just under skin where neck meets shoulders,(pinch up the skin) as much as you can without it ballooning up too big. Keep massaging it as it seems to help stimulate them..... Best Wishes.

No, didn't get cold. They are 2 months old so well feathered and it's hot in Texas. I have fans going in near 100 degree heat. I called Tractor Supply and they hve 20% Corid. Have I read it needs to be 9.5%? What do you mean "put a dollup in a quart water"? I took the chick to Kendalia Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilatation. I was so happy when I called and they said they would take it. Vets are there and if it could be saved they can do it. This is my second chick to go there. Thanks much in advance.

TSC company here has it in a small bottle for about $17, that is what i use, yes it is the 9.6%. I have not used the powder. If that is all you can find, you cann use Sulmet, but Corid is safer IMO. You could try to 1/2 the dose. Corid is the same stuff in medicated feed, just stronger. In the 9.6% you can mix a few drops with water and give by mouth, but for most part use 1 tablespoon to a gallon of water and then fill you waterer. Use it for 5 days, making fresh solution daily. Most problems with peas on the ground, when not a cold is coccidia, second would be black head from chickens.
