Lately (Last 3-5 weeks) I have noticed my almost 6 year old bantam Wyandotte hen stretching her neck out slightly and opening her mouth a little to breathe sometimes. And she also has occasionally sneezed and today had a 5 second sneezing fit. I think it may be gapeworms and it has been getting into the 60s here. Sometimes she also opens her mouth more. She also has nothing coming out of her nostrils or eyes.
I am really worried and none of the other hens have it. Any help welcomed.

Gapeworm is not very common, so less likely to be that. Give her a good going over, check crop function, feel her abdomen for any bloat or firmness. Does she still lay? Do you know when she last did? Look inside her beak for any plaques, lesions, or anything else that looks wrong.

It could be nothing serious...like, she might be breathing like that due to stress and maybe the coop/run is dusty, hence the sneezing.
On the other hand, Gapeworm is a possibility. Is she making wheezing noises?
On the other, other hand, I recently had a hen who must have gotten scared while eating and inhaled a piece of food into her windpipe. She was showing some of the same symptoms you mentioned. It was resolved in 24 hours. To be on the safe side, I'd recommend separating her from the flock and giving her some of this stuff called 'VetRX'. Also, keep an eye on your other girls just in case they start showing symptoms.

Okay, she rarely sneezes, and the coop is prettu dusty but I do think she has something wrong with her respir system, though it may be because she is old.

She does make wheezing noises
Hm...when our chickens are sick we usually give them apple cider via dropper and then an Epsom Salt bath. I've seen this Avitrol Plus Bird Wormer Syrup recommended here and there but, I'm not sure how effective it is as I've never tried it myself. But like I said in my previous post, maybe try getting your hands on VetRX. It should be available at Tractor Supply. Helped my girls a few times.
