Trefoil I'm surprised she's made it this long. I think they peck her face but its not bloody. Just red.
She's obviously clever or she'd have starved to death by now.
Drumstick those are interesting ideas. I'll look those things up since I don't know what they are. In the meantime you gave me an idea. I have an aloe plant, its very bitter and will be goid for her face.
How do you make a house chicken. I have a belgian malinios. He is fine as long as he doesn't see anything running. He does what he should do which is corral sheep but that doesn't work very well for poor chickens. Anyhow, I'm willing to listen to what a house chicken is.
I appreciate everyones help.
 
Dh knows what blue kote is, he said they put it on their horses to heal wounds. I believe then blue kote works by hiding the red flesh color? May be chickens are teradactils! Lol

Welcome to BYC, and hopefully they will sort things out. Make sure that your multiple feeding stations are separated by enough space that she gets to eat.
 
Thanks, I put aloe on her face, it's not red now like it was. I also spent alot of time with them. It seems like momma is hanging around her now? protective? She got a handful of worms I dug up. What a lovely bird!

YES~ I'll order them! And put them on the 4 BRATS that like to be bullies (honestly if I had more chickens they'd be chicken soup this weekend! Compaired to Momma's (Silver laced Wyandotte) personality and the 2 Easter eggers (1 ameraucana and I can't clasify, she looks like a Pheasant, absolutely beautiful,) the RIR's and Buff's are aggressive!!! Even though they've never drawn blood. In the meantime I'll keep her more isolated and work on her self esteem.
