Help! One of my chickens cut her foot!

How badly? Honestly, a lot of surface cuts don't require any treatment at all, particularly if it isn't on the footpad. If it's deep, then do clean any debris out and wrap it to prevent infection.
It’s just a surface one on top of her foot and on her thumb toe is the best way I know to describe it. She won’t walk on it, she will limp on it some but I just noticed it right before I posted.

Any pics? It's probably not serious, though a limp from a cut on the top of the foot is odd.

Okay I got pictures tonight!! It looks worse tonight then it did last night. I haven’t wrapped it in vet wrap because we leave on vacation on Monday. @BantyChooks

Someone better will be along but the first pic looks like nasty bruising. Maybe more a crush injury then a cut. I had a piece of lumber fall on a chicks foot at a couple weeks old. It bruised and swelled pretty bad. Took her a while to bear weight on it. Like 2 weeks and then she had to reestablish her flock position

It looked more like a cut yesterday than today, I do agree that it kinda looks more purplish bruised than cut today. I pulled a piece of dead skin off of it yesterday so it might’ve been a bruise that just cut into the skin a little in one spot. They haven’t really started picking on her yet. She didn’t go outside with the flick today but she positioned herself right between the feed and water and managed to get back on a roosting bar tonight! Thank you for your advice! I appreciate anyone willing to help!
