Help! One of my chickens cut her foot!

The foot has a lot of swelling which is concerning.
Can you wash it good, clean up the debris/yuck that is on the foot and post some more photos?

Is someone going to be looking after the chickens while you are on vacation?

Well I can try to in a bit, I can try using a wipe or something like that. We live on a ranch so I’m gonna ask one of our ranch hands to let them out in the morning and close the gate at night. They have a continuous feeder and waterer. I’m going to ask him to get the eggs too seems how it’s so hot here. He doesn’t know anything about chickens though, so I don’t know how good of an idea it’d be to ask him to treat her.

Well, I would not ask him to treat her either, but the foot looks infected unless it's poop/muck on it. Does the foot stink?
I would at the very least wash/soak the foot and examine it closely, take some photos.

I didn’t notice it stinking. I will try to clean and take pictures soon.

Is there anyway she could be separated from the flock. Like in a broody pen or something. When my girl was injured she was very ginger about getting into the fray to eat. Mind you they were ravenous chicks so maybe yours are not quite so aggressive. She had been pretty high in the flock and fell all the way to the bottom because of protecting her injury. But there was no open wound for her. Just a bad bruise/sprain. I would grab her, dunk and swish her foot in an epsom salt bath. Really get it clean so you can see what you are actually dealing with. That might be a lump of poop stuck there looking like festering tissue.

Do you think I should just let her be? There’s no one to give her special care while I’m gone, and I don’t even know what the special care would be.
I would probably leave her alone too, unless I suspected a break, in which case I've had luck with splinting it and then leaving the bird alone for a few months. Cleaning the abrasion does sound like a good idea to do before you leave, though. Could she have gotten stepped on by a horse/cow?
