Help! One week old chicks, Coccidiosis?

Please help with advice! This is a first time for me with chicks... 13 of them. Have had them for 5 days. Two of mine have been weak, listless, and not moving so much. One is worse than the other and I have been using a dropper to keep hydrated. One has blood in stool. After looking it up, i believe it is Coccidiosis. Of course, I realized this at the END of the day when everything was closed already yesterday. How should I treat it? Ive read about Corid to treat these baby chicks? Just use dropper to feed after I’ve mixed properly?

Can you post some photos of the Poop, the chicks and your brooder?

If you are seeing blood in the stool, then I would go ahead and treat for Coccidiosis.
Corid can be found in the cattle section of Tractor Supply.
Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoon of Corid Powder per gallon of water or 2 teaspoons Corid Liquid per gallon of water.

You want your chicks to drink the mixed water as the sole source of drinking water.
IF you have a chick that is not drinking well, then syringing the mixed solution into them would be a good idea.

I would also look at all their vents just to make sure there is not pasting of the vent or no one is injured.
Are the chicks 5 days old? How old are they?

Edited to add: I am SO sad. Can’t believe I’m crying over a chick, but he’s gone. I checked on him all night long, and he was still breathing! Please help me understand. Is there ANYTHING else he could’ve died from besides Coccidiosis? I don’t want to miss others getting sick if it’s something else. Should I go ahead and treat all of them for Coccidiosis?

Thank you for the help! I haven’t taken many pics recently, but I can snap one of this little guy. I kept him separate last night. On a heating pad in my room and using a dropper to hydrate. (Although I’m not really sure how much a 5 day old needs to stay hydrated)
5 of these chicks came from Stock and Field and 8 from Blain’s Farm and Fleet. Within 2 days, 4 of them had “pasty butt” which I looked up and cleaned off with warm water. I have a large Rubbermaid container with food and water up on a board, and am trying to keep the pine chips clean, but maybe 13 is too many in one container? I mean, it seems that they have plenty of room now, but it i was planning to divide them into two tubs this next week as they grow. I just need to get another heat lamp.

I'm sorry that you lost him

If you can please get us some photos of your brooder, the chicks, poop, etc. that may be helpful.
We'll try to offer some suggestions if we can.

Are you providing heat for the other chicks? What are you using and how hot is it in the brooder?
What are you feeding?

Chicks do need plenty of hydration - they should be drinking and eating well at 5 days.
Check their vent frequently is you are noticing pasting and keep them cleaned.

OK, I am putting 2 teaspoons of the liquid Corid into 1 gallon of water. This is for severe outbreak, so is it OK to give the others that are not showing symptoms yet? Or just to the one that has bloody stools and is sick?

Question I need answered quickly though as I need to begin syringe feeding this chick...is HOW MUCH does a chick drink at once? I will give her drop by drop... but how much is normal? 1/4 tsp? I can't find this answer anywhere.. for a chick that won't drink

(Also, I mixed up a gallon with the Corid... do I need to refrigerate it?)

Let them all drink the medicated water. It will not harm the others if they don't have coccidiosis.

If the chick isn't drinking water, give it a few drops of Corid straight from the bottle once per day. After that, give it drops from the medicated water you made for the rest of the day until it gets to drinking on its own. They should show improvement in a couple days.
