Help! Our rooster is sick!

Hi everyone!
Over the last day or two, our rooster has had labored breathing, his comb is purple and he’s struggling to crow. He also seems to be low on energy and was hesitant to even come out of the coop this morning. We picked him up and put Vetrx on him today (and yesterday) and put some apple cider vinegar and garlic in his water today. Any suggestions or ideas about what might be wrong with him?

How old is he? How dusty is your coop and areas where he hangs out? All the symptoms seem to be that he is finding it difficult to breath so that is where I would start.

Thank you! We’re going to try and clean out the coop today... it’s not super dusty though. He’s probably about 6 months.
