HELP, P L E A S E ! After one egg with no shell, she couldn't lay!

I have an 8 months old RIR - Tuesday this week, she laid a normal egg, then toward late at night, she laid another one, but with no shell. The yolk and the white was in tact. The next morning, we pulled out the white shell. Then later that afternoon, she got a shot of Penicillin. She tried to lay that afternoon but there was no egg. She has been trying to lay an egg after that Tuesday's night since and there has been no egg.

What should I do? This is now become a major concern and I honestly don't have any clue. Please help!!!
