Help! Pasty Butt? Parasites?

Okay ..so I got these some chicks from a local breeder yesterday. She said she had been having a problem with pasty Butt here lately. I noticed this little fellar had some poop on his bum so I cleaned it with warm water. I went back to check on him and it looks like it butt is constantly contracting?
Like it moves all the time like he is trying to poop or something. It is not blocked now. It also looks a little swollen
He chirps alot more then all the other chicks but has ate and drank since I got him. Please help I have never had this happen. Do there vents pulsating/contract when they have pasty Butt? Or does he has something different?

Try rubbing coconut oil on his vent and getting him to drink mineral oil.

If you think its parasites get some gamefowl dewormer pills, and give her half.

You can try a little hydrocortisone on the vent and a small amount of Vaseline around the vent once it looks better.
