HELP! Pearl has gapeworm!

I'm pretty sure my silver laced wyndotte, Pearl has gapeworm. She gasps for air, is wheezy and rattley, and shakes her head and scratches at her neck a lot. I got some Panacur for her at TSC yesterday, but I'm very confused on how much/how often to give it to her. It seems there are many different opinions on this...some say one bb sized dose once. Some say to dose once a day for 7 days, some say dose once and then again in 7 days!

Help!
