That coop would be fine for the 2 chicken hens but guineas are bigger...
... so, yes, I would say that coop is too crowded for all 3 and why they are battling.

The kennel is probably fine....is there a roost there and are they fighting there
....or are they fighting inside the little coop?

the Roost area is connected to the nesting box witch is another 2 by 4 ft its mostly the guinea hen who pecks at them is a separate nesting area at night better for her its there anything I can do to improve there living space free ranging can't be
Done because of the predators is the kenelling really okay note I'm a college student and they always come first
