HELP! Peking duck: Maybe wry neck but can't be sure

Not sure where you're located but I had trouble finding brewer's yeast, but my grocery store, Kroger's, has Bragg's nutritional yeast in baking aisle near the flax and gluten free stuff. It's to supplement vegan diets in people. Supposedly taste like cheese and my ducks would eat it straight from my hand they love it. I would still give nutri-drench too til better cuz the vitamins in it help too...Like E which you already know. It doesn't have the niacin which is B3 I think. The yeast has a couple B vitamins in it.
Just got back from the store! Did not find brewers yeast so I will be sure to take your advice and look at the grocery store. I have gotten the niacin which I plan to mix with the vitamin E and syringe feed him momentarily. I also got Epsom salts to add to their water for a bit. I did give himthe nutri drench this morning and plan to continue to do so along with other supplements. He doesn't seem any better this morning, but he doesn't seem worse either so I'm taking that as a good sign!

You don't need the yeast if you got niacin. That's what yeast is for. What kind of niacin did you get? I need to check another thread but pretty sure it can not be the flush free kind if you just do regular niacin. Going to check now will post back ASAP. The dosage is 100 to 150 mg per day of niacin

150mgs of plain niacin per gallon of drinking water. And I agree don't do the Epsom salt flush. I really don't think this is wry neck or star gazing if it is I've never seen a chick or duckling in this body mode. But it could def be a nutritional issue so get your duckling on the niacin asap and continue the Nutri drench also. That is another great product. I'd keep this duckling warm also not over warm but struggling right now to stay warm can hinder his ability to heal. Maybe out of drafts and if weather is rainy out of that too. Nice soft bedding to hunker down in while niacin etc is getting into his system.

@ Miss Lydia Looks thin to me too but can't tell from pic for sure. Niacin can cause them not too gain muscle mass, but do you think it is lacking protein? I know all flock feed has higher protein level than starter. Is it too young for All Flock Feed? I thought they said it was 2 months

It is flush free type. Finest nutrition brand. I have already given him some... is it lethal for them??
