HELP!! Pekins laying eggs in their pond!

I live in NJ and my 7 month old Pekins have just started laying eggs and they latex them on their frozen pond. Not a huge deal but with our thaw this week, I have found 5 eggs in the bottom of the pond now! Can I use them and how can I get them to choose a DRY spot to lay? They are in an enclosed pen and they also have a dog house.

Hmm idk if you can use them but I have a pekin who lays her eggs in water also though I haven't gotten any pool eggs in a few weeks. I thought it was weird.
