Help. Pip big hole no zipping ducks

Please help! First time duck hatching. Went to take rollers out on day 25 and noticed one egg has a large popped hole and one just started pipping. I can see his beak and feathers and hear him chipping away. But I’m pretty sure he’s gonna dry up there is no zipping all around just at the hole. Is this okay? Can I be assured I can let him keep going without drying up the membrane? Someone please help I’m already attached and he’s not even out yet lol

I've never owned ducks and am not an expert, but I know it can take up to two days for ducks to hatch. Maybe @Miss Lydia can help more.
